* Our Return Policy

While we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from BabyTiffanys.com we realize that situations occur. Please review our return policy for more information on your options in the event you are not completely satisfied.

·      Unused items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

·      No Return on any Hair Accessories

·      No Returns on Items discounted for final sale

·      No Returns on Clearance items

·      No Returns on Personalized or Custom items

·      No Returns on Holiday-themed items after the holiday

·      Please remember that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

·      All returns must be in the packaging and original condition.

·      All returns must be received within of receipt (i.e. Order arrives to you on July 1st...We must receive it by July 8th).

·      EXCEPTION…any type of custom order is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. We are not able to resell a custom-made product

* Returns and Exchanges

BabyTiffanys.com will gladly except unworn merchandise, with original tags attached for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. BabyTiffanys.com will not pay for any shipping on returned merchandise.

*All personalized items are not returnable.

* Free World Wide Shipping on orders over $150.00

Shipping Policy

If incorrect customer information is provided, example wrong address, for which BabyTiffanys.com incurs additional order processing cost, those costs are to be paid by the customer.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact BabyTiffanys.com as soon as possible by email BabyTiffanys@aol.com. Only order cancellations by email will be considered. Cancellations by any other method will not be honored.

BabyTiffanys.com is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in the mail. I only ship quality pieces and after they leave my care I am not responsible for any damage.

Refused Shipments

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with delivery.

If a shipment is refused upon delivery the customer will be billed for the shipping of the refused order both ways and a 25% restocking fee
